Raymond Hoggard, Senior Pastor
Pastor Raymond Hoggard and his wife Judy came to Faith Assembly 25 years ago. Pastor Raymond is Lead Pastor, and his wife Judy serves as Church Administrator. He grew up in a Pastor’s home and deeply believes in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit and the power of prayer. He has also served the North Carolina District of the AG as the General Presbyter At-Large and the Eastern Regional Presbyter.
He studied bible and theology at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
Raymond and Judy have raised two children - R.J. and Marla, and enjoy five grandchildren - Jasper, Austin, Chase, Coleman, and Holden.
Christopher Smith, Worship Pastor
Pastor Christopher has served Faith Assembly as Worship Pastor since 2003. He conducts the Worship Choir and Band and oversees all artistic ministry at Faith. He is also a skilled singer and musician at the keyboard blending traditional, gospel, classical, and pop styles.
He received the Bachelor of Music in performance at East Carolina University here in Greenville and is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.
Christopher and his wife, Sarah, have enjoyed four years of marriage together.
Bryan Cartwright, Youth Pastor
Pastor Bryan leads the 24.7 Youth ministry, the ministry of Faith Assembly for students ages 13-19. Before joining our team, Bryan served the congregation at Bethel Temple in Hampton, VA as Youth Pastor for 13 years. He strongly believes in developing the next generation of leaders for the body of Christ.
He studied pastoral studies at Bethel College in Hampton, VA and is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.
Bryan has been married for 11 wonderful years to Mandy and has 3 beautiful children Kayla, Brett, and Kameryn.
Kevin Smith, Children's Pastor
Pastor Kevin is the Children's Pastor at Faith Assembly, leading Kidzville, our ministry for children ages 0-12. Until being called to pastor children, Kevin has always been very active in serving the Greenville community, which includes starting a local chapter of Give2theTroops and coordinating Kids Camp for Faith Assembly. His passion is to see children come to know Christ and impact their community.
He is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.
Kevin has been happily married to his wife Kelly for almost five years.
